Hunters Cove Phase II & III

Mr. Mack is the owner/developer of Hunter’s Cove Phase II and Phase III. Adam and his father have been instrumental in the merger of Phase I and Phase II. They have taken the time to meet with us on several occasions and they continue to work with Hunter’s Cove HOA towards continued improvement of the subdivision.

Mr. Mack will continue his efforts in Phase III of Hunter’s Cove, which will be multi-family housing. Phase II has already been merged with the existing Hunter’s Cove HOA and Phase III will likely be added to the existing Hunter’s Cove HOA when it’s development is completed.

There are approximately 70 lots/homes in phase II.
